Individual Holistic Yoga Classes

I offer private yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions to help individuals learn how to use various tools in the yoga repertoire to benefit their physical, mental and emotional health. Sessions may take place in the client’s home or workspace.

Fee: $100 for 1.5 hours
